At 7 Skincare, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@7-skincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Please note: Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items unless they are defective.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
