Hensi is a seasoned Public Relations and Marketing professional with over 17 years of experience in brand development, strategic planning, and customer experience. Her career is defined by a rare blend of visionary leadership, operational excellence, and deep human connection.

She is the Founder and former President of Lipstick Sister, a members-only private women’s organization that scaled nationally within its first two years. Under Hensi’s leadership, Lipstick Sister expanded rapidly with active chapters in Los Angeles, San Diego, Washington D.C., and New York, becoming a trusted community for ambitious women seeking connection, growth, and empowerment. The organization earned a reputation for excellence, intentional programming, and meaningful relationships—setting a new standard for women-led membership communities.
When the global COVID-19 pandemic forced the closure of Lipstick Sister, Hensi experienced a pivotal shift—one that redirected her purpose rather than diminishing it. Deeply committed to inspiring women to embrace authenticity, confidence, and self-respect, she turned toward her second lifelong passion: skincare.

Drawing on years of personal study, formulation research, and her background as a Certified Medical Assistant, Hensi founded 7 Skincare in 2024. Her medical training instilled in her the empathy, patience, and human kindness that now define both her leadership style and her brand philosophy. This foundation allows her to approach skincare not as a cosmetic solution, but as a form of daily self-care rooted in health, education, and trust.
